A proud graduate of the University of Texas, Dr. Mitchell earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology, where her passion for vision care and health sciences began. She went on to pursue her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry, one of the nation’s leading institutions for optometric education
